Important Shipping Information

Note: Due to our extensive inventory and multiple warehouse locations, your items may arrive separately.

We ship worldwide, and every purchase is dispatched as quickly as possible. While our headquarters are based in the United States, our main warehouse is located in China. We prioritize every order and aim to ship within 1 business day, ensuring you receive your product promptly. Depending on your location and local shipping conditions, delivery can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks.

For countries outside the US (including non-mainland US states), delivery may take a bit longer. In some European countries, it could take up to 30 days for your item to arrive.

If 45 days have passed and you haven't received your order, please contact us immediately. After placing your order, payment is processed within 24 hours, and fulfillment is completed within 2-3 days.

You'll receive an order confirmation email at the time of purchase, followed by a dispatch notification with tracking details (don't forget to check your spam folder!).

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. For high-demand items, shipping may take 2-4 weeks due to restocking and reproduction needs, depending on your location. Items may be shipped separately, but rest assured, there are no additional shipping charges.

Order Changes & Cancellations: You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. Unfortunately, after 24 hours, we’re unable to make changes or cancel your order.

Tracking numbers will be provided to your email once received from our carriers. While tracking is usually available, unforeseen circumstances or holidays may cause delays. We appreciate your patience in these situations.

Refunds: Please note, we do not offer refunds due to shipping times. Our shipping information is clearly outlined on the product and shipping information pages, stating that shipping can take between 2-4 weeks. If you no longer wish to keep the item once it arrives, you are welcome to return it for a refund.
